My diablo account is empty?

I saved and exit and now everything is blank :worried:

All my characters have gone away as well. Logged in after being out since friday and no more characters? What’s going on here?

i have the same problem. All characters deleted.
over 50hrs of gameplay…

Same Problem, All characters are gone, it seems this is a recurring problem but there doesn’t seem to be any fix or even acknowledgment of this problem. We would at least like to know if you have read this thread AT ALL blizzard.

Sorry to hear. Yeah… This is a issue that is going around. Right now blizz won’t restore anything… this is what they told me about missing chars/items.
