So as many of you know, you can suddenly and without any kind of warning lose either all your items, your characters, or random stuff. That means online play is essentially broken… Sounds to me like false advertising. Good way to make your player base upset. Fix your garbage or switch away from blizzard servers onto a more reliable platform. BETTER YET MAKE THE GAME FREE cause i honestly think ppl should get refunded for wasting time on bugs like this.
