This is actually sad and I feel sorry for people who are trying to achieve high ranks legit and don’t have follower slaves.
I recommend you guys just play another game and wait for Jah Ber easy to achieve. Or just get a part time job at Amazon to buy it.
Don’t misunderstand me, I am not knocking any streamer or player for that matter. I just wanted to point out how the current mechanics which are ancient, can be easily exploited and need a change for the better.

Dude with players 8 and people finding exp shrines mr llama is going to take 4 days of hard grinding to get to lvl 98 and then another week and a bit to get 99.

Players X benefits should only apply if people in your game are also within 2 screens of you.
Also players X should be available to online players in private games, but I’ll take the change above first.
Literally playing the game as intended. I think it is adorable they let drooling mental patients out of their cages long enough to play some games, but their handlers should keep them off the forums.
There isnt one, they have the option to play the same way, but choose not to and thats everyone elses problem.

Playing the game solo with 7 people sitting in town to assist in arbitrary ways is not how the game is intended to be played.
It has nothing to do with friends, and everything to do with being a popular streamer. Obviously you haven’t a clue what you’re talking about.
You must remember that you are free to do the same thing with your friends. This is no big deal, as you yourself compared this method to cheating in your OP, and there is nothing cheating about it. If it was something like using some kind of bot for example, it obviously should be investigated/modified, but that’s not the case.
I’m not defending streamers who use this method, I’m just saying that it’s okay to simulate /player x with friends or acquaintances. There’s nothing arbitrary about doing this.
I mean… who cares if starstruck players want to waste their gaming time helping someone else play.
They are entitled to play that way and in the end it’s their loss…
They think hanging around a “celebrity gamer” somehow makes them important so, good for them.

One thing that probably won’t change are people having an unfair advantage for ladder season. The topic is basically to address a QoL change to help the average player advance without the need for drastic measures such as multiple accounts. There is no reason that this could not be a ladder only feature, after all ladder ends in a few months anyway. Additionally, the strain on the server for simply entering in game and exiting could potentially be reduced.
I would love a single player ladder.
You have to connect online but it’s on yourself completely to get gear and Xp.
