I would like to request a refund if my characters cannot be restored. Looks like I am amongst many players that woke up today to having all progression lost. If your product does not work, do not release it from beta. I can assure you that they were not accidentally ‘deleted’

Glad to know I’m not crazy. Just logged in and my only character is missing/deleted. I know I wouldn’t make a stupid mistake as deleting my only character.
I bet the character server has gone down as it takes realy realy long time to load when the screen says press any button.
So i dont think they are deleted.
were you not here for the launch? This happened before, your characters aren’t lost. Chill out.

They won’t restore deleted data (even when they are responsible for it).
They won’t refund the game… cause we’ve played it… even just a little…
Here is what they told me.
I won’t play the game until this stuff is fixed… it’s very depressing when all your hard work just goes bye bye for reasons beyond your own control.
Sorry for your loss… keep walking out there travelers.
