my characker dissaperad for no reason 
this just happened to me. ive spent the last 2 days playing and grinding with runewords and everything now everything is gone like… BLIZZARD YOU BETTER BRING ME MY CHARACTER BACK OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK oh and MY TIME
@pinnen Ok, so not just me then…
Currently i am able to login to game fine but my character screen is empty and I can make a new character (tho I have not) - I had made about 6 so far at launch, and was in process of playing on one (level 50 sorc) when I got stuck loading into a game. after 2 minutes of loading game I alt+f4 out reloaded game (as I have done when stuck before) and this time everything is gone. try restarting a few times, what can be done? am I SOL? hope not thank you.

character back, now says im in a game already. lol. guess there won’t be any playing today.
My character is back and the oculus that dropped from Baal kill before crash is gone… What a waste of money.

I am on console and my game crashed while playing online and now all my online characters are gone from level 1- 23.
I had 3 on the server, druid, paladin and necromancer. There have been no updates on the PS4 and when I check for updates it says my game is up to date.
Will these characters be added back?

Got disconnect and then all character disapear. What the actual problem ?
This happened to me as well… and seems to have happened to a ton of other people, all at the same time. Is it live maintenance??
My character is back too, and based on the avatar in the start menu, back with hours of progress wiped. Still cant log on and play to confirm if my items are still present.
Oh great - Chars are back and guess what “Char is in a game allready” … serious?
Can someone tell me how that is possible. Started 5 characters in online play. Just logged in, all gone.

Character was just rolled back, guessing its cause the servers went down while i was in game and logged out while they were down??? Why would server maintenance not kick us off the game if its just going to cause rollbacks if we dont exit beforehand…

I was playing last night no problem, signed in this morning to see no character there… was level 31 in NM. My items i had put in the shared stash arest still there but char and personal stash gone (AKA all my best items from normal)… anyone know where u can go from here? blizzard is not replying to my ticket.

I am having the exact same issue. They claim you can sign out or create another character and sometimes it comes back but nothing has worked for me.
Can you believe you paid 40 dollars for this type of experience?
