I was playing online last night. It was buggy as heck and crashed a couple times, so I got off, and when I logged in this morning, my character was gone.
I had lots of rare items, including a lower level barbarian torch, two grand charms with 1 to masteries I think it was. He was wearing silks of the victor armor, Arreats Face, two BloodLetters, Draculs Grasp, a Manalds Healing Ring and another garbage yellow ring, don’t remember my amulet though. I also had a bunch of stuff in my chests. When will this issue be fixed? This is extremely disappointing.
Well this makes the third thread with a similar complaint, mine was a Amazon and the other thread was a Sorcerer. Unfortunately, the support told me to just post here as they have no capabilities on their hand to fix the situation all we can do is report the matter and hope it catches the attention of the devs.
Yeah, I received a similar message. But this is such garbage. I paid real money for my armor and some stuff in my chest. Now I am just supposed to say “oh well” and accept I am out all that time and money? That is terrible customer support. I am beyond furious about this. Its outrageous, and quite frankly ridiculous that its happening to so many people. And Blizzard just doesn’t seem to care.
Yeah… I lost all of my stuff and contacted blizz. After some back and forth here is what they told me…
Sorry for your loss… but sounds like it’s gone for good. I’m waiting for Ladder s1 and hoping it’s fixed… cause not going to use a game where I can lose everything at any moments notice… ugg… so frustrating!!
I hate people that use real money to buy their items. People like you are the reason that ladder is pointless now.
