What are you running the checks on? A computer from the late 90s? I literally cant fathom how it would take this long … the process is a manual one thats so scary… you literally got people going and changing this in the database because you dont have it to reset to a default on server restart or something?

I’ve sent a customer support request informing you I’ll be asking for a refund in 60 minutes if I still cannot log in.

I cannot create a game. Getting character stuck in game error for over 7 hours. This is getting ridiculous, fix this already you amateurs.

Would you please clarify on the logging in every 15-30 minutes portion?

Does that mean simply trying to join a game while staying logged into battle.net lobby; or would that be logging out of the battle.net launcher entirely and logging in from scratch every 15-30 minutes?

Character stuck for about 7 hours now. When will we be able to play again ?
