Ive been locked for over 8 hours.
The āprocessā you are doing seems to be a manual one as absolutely no automated process would take this long to run.
This is not acceptable at all.
Restart the servers already if that wouldnāt fix the issue i am actually scared for whats in store for us as this literally means if a game server crashes and you are connected you have to wait for you turn for a literal person to unlock you.
So are we just expected to try and create games from now and to infinity?
Seems like you should be paying us for doing this testing and not us paying u for a game heheā¦
I canāt even create a new character to play (us/europe) wtf is this.

Openning new threadmaybe you will realize some people characters are stuck into your servers. People are tired of waiting, especially when the majority of players can actually play. I got 12 people playing right now on my friend list I am the only one with this error.
