Same issue here. I’ve been playing for a couple hours. Now I keep getting error “Unable to create game”. Restarting everything doesn’t help.

Changing the region to Europe (on the launcher’s globe widget) got me in.
Ping is 110-150 – not ideal, but playable.
This is like ransomware. You need to pay extra to release your chars.

I demand a refund of minimum 1High Rune per hour. thats what i get in circa 1 hour of farming… thats unfair that other can play and get better than us. fu!
