They bought a company and re-released their game 2 decades later slightly more gutted than it was originally. I can’t make a chat channel, the ladder isn’t available, and creating games never worked for me. 12+ hours to get a response that says customer support can’t fix the servers either and they have no ETA.

I am having the same issue as well (I am also having PC launch issues (possible AVX issue) so I bought it on Switch) now I can’t play in on Switch either. I know launches can be stressful and I wish you all luck for a swift fix. Thanks.
Not true. Matter of time until you get locked on your HC Char.

Been 3+ hours locked out…
I’m unable to play for 2 hours. Some of my friends cannot play for 18 hours so far.
Seems the only solution is forcing blizzard to restart the servers.
Or atleast do it in cycle of once every 3-4 hours for as long as they not find a proper solution.

I’ve encountered “character is already in a game” for close to 3 hours, and counting.
Hello, same problem for at least 5 hours. Trying with new char give me blackscreen, but started with new hc char and it works… but i wanna back to my normal bn heroes.

fix your game. restart the servers. if we cant play then no one can play that is the rule we suffer TOGETHER. i got rolled back 11 levels yesterday including multiple runewords.
cant even create new characters on softcore/hardcore.
