Main Character gone upon closing game

I am currently able to log in and see my characters but the one I was on in another server is gone.

Sorry to hear that. Sometimes the server has issues and they might re-appear… Though if they don’t automatically… don’t expect them to restore any data. I lost everything due to a bug/issue on their side and this is what they told me after saying i can’t have a refund cause i played the game…

So as many of you know, you can suddenly and without any kind of warning lose either all your items, your characters, or random stuff. I myself lost all of my equipped items and thus set me off on this adventure. We can’t get a refund of the game because we’ve already played it. (Though I won’t be playing it for now.)
