Lost runes, lost progress

Time 19:50 10.10.2021 VIETNAM , I picked up a Jah rune. Please check that time if server was down or not and how can I retrieve it?

You can’t… I myself lost all my stuff. Blizz won’t restore any of it… here is what they say.
