I had the same problem, i just found ohm rune and make my CTA, than after server went down, i lost the rune, and the runeword. I have picture to prove.

Yeah. It seems that they might have done a rollback and other people also lost their characters and lots of people items. This is what blizzard told me about missing items when I asked after a bug took all my gear.
