i got “spiderweb sash” unique item after i kill Diabloe. but after server problem, the item has been disappeared. please check my account log and restore it.

I lost my Immortal king weapon. I did take a screenshot of it and showed my friends. Now it has reverted back. Can I get a refund of this game because clearly it doesn’t work.
Lots of item losses due to server issues as well as just plain old in game bugs. The response I got about this was can’t do nuthin… Here is what blizz told me.
