my sur rune is gone and my horadric cube also gone from my inventory
Same thing happened to me on this last crash a few hours back…Found my first BER rune in ACT IV hell and now it’s gone…but as far as I’ve checked in the forum, Blizzard aint doing NOTHING about it :S

Edit: not only this, also I just realized the new spirit sword i created is also gone…gg Blizzard :S…hours of effort gone to the trash
Same I upgraded my goldwrap belt with the cube and now the belt and the cube are gone…
Welp… that’s a bummer. Never any fun when you lose something that took so much time to find. Here is what blizzard told me.
