Friend traded me an Amazon torch, then logged out, 2 mins later the server crashed and now neither of us have the item. fix it now. you cant keep doing this to people, spending 30 plus hours looking for items and then losing them because the billion dollar company can’t figure out how to make a server stable after 30 years is pretty f-ing pathetic.
We have to find a way to hold them responsible. I also lost a very rare item.

Not only will they NOT restore your items … But they can’t … they said in others post that they do not have any tools for lost caractere/lost items for Diablo 2 … So sorry for your loss OP, Hope you will have more fun in the future and more luck !
Yeah I figured its gone forever, sucks as my buddy got it as a birthday present for me, and it wouldn’t be an issue if they had any kind of server stability, equivalent is if you went to the store bought something, drove home and then the store had somehow stolen it from your car on the way home. Games like Splitgate from indie companies with 10 total employees can have perfect server stability with 10 million active users in the first week. Blizzard has no excuses, just a money grabbing scum company now, they have joined EA.
Yeah… I lost all my stuff due to their bugs/issues… This is what they told me… and no hope for refund…
Still to get rid of a torch like that… ugg. I don’t know why they don’t have some kind of simple item tracking system… seems like something I could program haha.
