LOST all online characters

just logged in twice and all my online characters are gone. i was in act 4 with my necromancer with great gear and now its all gone. PLEASE FIX and hopefully give them back to me

Same here… was doing some cow level, the game crashed and my char is gone…

I lost both my characters as well. Lvl 22 paladin and lvl 24 sorc. WTH is going on?

along with multiple runewords ;/

I wanted to play tonight, but my Sorcerers disappeared. I didn’t buy a drop of alcohol, and now I will have to go begging in the neighbors. You Blizzard are to blame for my fall on the social ladder!
