Latest Patch Update - Still No Sorry

When the last patch notes hit, I posted a thread noting that the community manager used the word “sorry” once and never said “apology”, “regret”, “fault” or “remorse” in their 2000+ word post.

Staying true, the latest patch update never once offers any form of apology or remorse for the current state of game.

@PezRadar - you realize we aren’t internal employees at Blizzard right? While I’m hopeful that the new patch will help fix problems, it is insane to me how much apathy you/Blizzard are showing to your customers. Most of us can understand honest mistakes but it doesn’t seem like you guys even give a damn.

I was initially excited for Immortal and Diablo 4 but I think I’ll be saving my money next time. As I said in my first post, I hope we show the same apathy when the next games launch…
