Fourth time this has happened so far (only on one character so far).
Always starts the same way, I play some games and anywhere between 5-25 games in my tome of identification and tome of town portal disappear. At this point I must completely stop playing the game because the first time it happened I kept playing and poof 5 or so games later half of my inventory of charms vanished and a few things from my stash. Since this started it has consistently happened every single day. Blizzard please fix your game already.
Sorry to hear about your losses. I lost all my stuff once… at that point I stopped playing. Hard to play a game that doesn’t work as expected. I asked blizz about recovery of items… They said nupe… Here is what they told me.
The items lost is only half the problem for me… I have come to terms with the fact that they can not be restored, however I would like to play the game without the same problem occurring daily.
Yep, second time for me. I zoned, no death, poof my weapon and offhand are gone. I’m considering quitting given how painful this bug will be later in the game.
