I was doing Uber Tristam on my Paladin - and he was wearing an Enigma. I died, and logged out and back in, and the Enigma was gone when I looted my corpse.
I’ve checked the ground, and my chars - and the armor is gone. I was on my character Smiter, and it happened around 17.20 CEST. I would like my Enigma back 
I think you would already know this, but to be clear, if there are two corpses of you and you logged out and back, you can lose items.
Yeah… I’ve also been the victim of losing items cause of some blizzard bug.
I reached out to blizzard in the hopes of getting them to take responsibility.
No such luck!
They won’t return any deleted data… even when they are the ones deleting it…
They won’t refund the game… cause we’ve played it… (which I won’t till these issues are fixed now)
They just won’t…
Sorry for your loss. An enigma is awesome and it’s a tragedy that it had to be lost this way.
You can keep playing, but know that this can happen at any moment to anyone for items or entire characters… and blizzard won’t take any responsibility for their issues.
