On October 9th, I ate a unique helmet called Skull Thief Cask (Superior) and had 2 including the original Skull Thief Cask item. And that night, around 10-11 pm Korean time, all the characters disappeared, so when I checked, I saw a notice that the server was unstable and was being checked, and the connection was terminated.
However, the next day, when I logged in around 8 am on the 10th of October, the existing intermediate skull thief cask was still there, and the recently eaten thief cask (superior) has disappeared.
When I ate the skull thief cask, one was already on the phone with a friend, but it’s absurd because it’s gone.

Grats on the find… but sorry to tell you that it’s most likely gone gone… I myself lost all my stuff due to a bug on their end. After some talking with them… they told me basically it’s gone gone… Here is what they said.
