I have no idea when this happened, but one of my Stone of Jordan has disappeared after retrieving my body after getting killed by mobs, at the time of body retrieval, my character was not wearing any gear as I NEVER wear any equips when retrieving dead body. Please look into this issue
Sorry to hear that. I lost tons of stuff cause of a bug in their system… Contacted them and well… They won’t restore any lost items even if they are the ones who lost em.
I have just had a similar issue and I didn’t even die. I lost my weapon for no reason, I changed game and there was no weapon, exited and the weapon was showing on my model. I then went in and it was still gone. Super excited about that. (no it’s not weapon swap)
