We all seen how an entire team got high end items in like 24 hours, and how “Ladder” ended in like a week. Never happens in D3. This is an objective fact!

Geared in what? The best items? Clearly, you can not get the best items in either game in 3 hours solo.
Even the “top” players in D3 over a season do not end up in all primals by the end of each season with often 1000s of hours played.
For giggles, I checked out the #1 ranked seasonal DH in the America region. This season he has played 464 hours total and has ONE equipped primal. The top seasonal barb has 394 hours and TWO primals equipped.
In D2, players do not end up with all good items (enigmas, infinity, etc…) in a short timeframe.

Like I did, with how D3 require more effort and has even better drop rates than D2. Proof: Ladder ended in less than a week, Infinity/Enigma/etc. for whole team in like 24 hours.

In D3, you can not be geared to do the most difficult content in 3 hours or 20 hours or 400 hours for that matter. The same can not be said for D2. In D3 currently, even those with 400+ hours, no one in the entire world has done the most difficult content solo this season in the entire world.
in d3 its not about gear its all about paragon… enough paragon. you can do it all in seasons
some will say the most diffeicult thing in D2 is pvp. it takes years to get bis for that.

No. However, you do not need 10K paragon to solo GR150 so that is not a sensible benchmark.
