You cant hide that there is a problem.

Please do something and make that game enjoyable again for the pvp community.

– Please Revert back to 2.3 Patch, the Fast hit recovery and stun system for PvP–

It feels like our community manager is actively ignoring our biggest topics/issues. If you’re lucky you get a sporadic 1 word answer on twitter or reddit about meaningless stuff.

Look at Classic shared stash topic. Just ignoring us for over a year now. His answer aged extremely bad.

Blizzard please revert the 2.4 fhr changes. As a long time d2 player with many many many hours devoted to strictly pvp, i can honestly say these fhr changes absolutely butchered pvp. The game is no longer satisfying, no longer fun. I went from playing almost everyday to playing once every couple weeks and now I get bored after about 10 minutes, as pvp has become a spamfest, with all of the intersting mechanics and gameplay dumbed down.

With the current state of fhr i would literally rather go back to legacy d2 for pvp, and i have. So have many others. The pvp community didn’t ask for much, simply that the mechanics of legacy d2 be preserved. However these fhr changes are very very dissapointing and my immense love for the game is the only thing that has kept me from uninstalling.

It is painfully apparent that the dev team barely even plays this game, let alone pvp. So please listen to all of the players who have sunk thousands of hours into pvp and are asking for the 2.4 fhr changes to be rolled back. Its not too late to save this game.

If you have to ask then you’ll never know.

They say yes, they do, but it doesn’t feel like anybody on Blizz side is listening.

Pretty easy to tell. You can view a user’s amount of time active. PezRadar for example, has 2 hours of read time total.

Let’s hope they are ignoring us now to surprise us in the next week or two with a robust patch that fixes this stuff!

Not sure tbh, they fixed a few of the other big issues but seem to ignore this one which is a pretty damn big deal

Please Blizzard, listen to the pvp community !

Diablo 2 pvp community is very toxic and entitled. With 100% of pvpers using d2jsp, why support the “community”?

You seems very toxic btw.

And it will likely continue to be open.
To answer your question; no they’re likely not. Its likely only a handful of devs even working on the game. They don’t care about your pvp, and likely never have.

They don’t care about pvp yes, yet the only move the made to “adjust” pvp is that patch 2.4 that totaly ruined it.

Developer Comments: We want to fix some of the awkward lockouts that reject player input from casting skills. For PVP, we added a way to reduce hit recovery spam to prevent edge cases of characters being locked out for too long

I’m fine that they don’t care - sadly they cared enough to ruin it.

This bad move need to be reverted back.

Are you gusy living in a paper bag? This forum as D3 official forum, has been abandoned. Any feedback, complaint you want them to see, go to Twitter, Discord or Reddit.

He’s got a second account that has the user info hidden, just FYI.

His main that you can see:

His alt that is hidden:

As for the reason why, I don’t know.

We desperately need more communication though. There’s never been a peep regarding the nearly universally disliked PvP FHR change, the lack of shared/expanded stash in Classic (besides a blue post from June 2021 :face_with_spiral_eyes:), the save file size bug (where items start disappearing if you go over the limit), etc.

We’re not asking much, we just want more info/updates about D2R.

Improving PVm should be the first priority and Pvp shouldn’t impede it

If pvper are as good as they claim they should be able to adapt

You can’t adapt when something that worked fine if now broken for no reason.

Well, you can swin in the river instead of taking the bridge… but you could also fix that bridge. :upside_down_face:

LOd pvp had its flaws too, but people adapted to them and it became the norm

Now that your little fringe minority universe is shaken, you are afraid to spend the effort to learn the new tricks

Yeah Lod has flaws mate.

It’s not about adapting you missunderstand, there is no “new tricks” because w/o stun there is no tricks at all and most mecanics useless now.

Game is just boring and not fun - ppl quiting.

D2R pvp is like a race on a straight line.

Communication hasn’t been great for over a decade now. Everything’s either automated or posted on a different site.

The best you will get is working as intended. Vague and almost meaningless but we aren’t privy to their process or plan so we are left to speculate.

As I don’t PVP that much I couldn’t care less but I can see why some dislike the changes.
