I lost my Lo Rune

I found a lo rune at 2:30 p.m. after that it was gone and I paid 40 euros for it …
6 hours for nothing

i was in same situation, after posting it here, blizzzard gave my account 12 hours of ban " silenced".

so they ask us to post our fustrations, and ban us when talk.

never seen it worse. and i might get another ban now for this little post. who knows, who cares ?

Sorry to hear for your loss. I lost all my stuff cause of a bug of theirs… I asked for a refund… declined… and asked for stuff back… here is what they said.
