How to refund? - Unplayable - Crash at loading screen

Oh I’m definitely not kissing their boots. I am annoyed with the incessant complaining that has carried over from the other forum though.

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again… this is precisely why I hate social media platforms in general. Like you sitting here complaining is constructive in the least bit. All you are doing is promoting the overall toxicity within the community.

So congratulations on being so helpful guys. A+, well done.

This is the dumbest analogy I have ever seen. There have also been several failed space launches in history. You all act like this has killed you just like all those astronauts who weren’t so fortunate and so many that came close to death due to issues after a launch. It’s pathetic how everyone is acting. Just get your refund and move one. If you actually want to play report your issues without being a whiny child and be patient. It’ll likely be fixed sooner, but if you can’t wait a day or two then you shouldn’t be pre-purchasing games or purchasing on launch day. There is a reason so many warning went out about pre-purchasing and about taking time off to play on launch.

I see it as turds like you being the issue. You accept mediocre (and that’s giving them credit), you get mediocre. This is not a one off for Blizzard/Activision. They are not some company that started a month ago. They knew there were issues. I pre downloaded on my PS5 a few days ago. The very first thing it did today at launch was an update. I’m afraid to even attempt it on the PC right now.

Yes actually i do. So being thats its an old game makes it “harder” to manage? Shut up.

Found the shill.

If they cared enough/invested money into proper infrastructure, this wouldn’t be happening

Exactly the same for the PS5 at least

true. people rush to gobble down corporate turds. you vote with your dollar… you throw them money for turds, they’ll feed you plenty. you don’t think they couldve livened it up temporarily like a “soft” launch and have the devs try it to see if the game works? nah… why? easy cash grab.

I never ever ask for refund. Wasting my time playing a game that does not save my progress! So this might be my first refund. Game not ready for release then dont release. I dont get paid to test games.

Then why don’t you go to work for Blizzard and show them your wizardry for fixing their launch day problems?

also i have direct refund link ill pm you if you want, if i post here they could b word me

I already posted the direct refund link and instructions in this thread. Very early on today. In several other threads as well. If someone can’t get the game to work at all they most certainly should consider a refund.

Direct link to refund ticket Blizzard Support - Contact Support

Refunds are dependent on policy which can include play time. A game that can’t be played is usually eligible. Funds are returned based on your bank’s policies. Usually 5-7 days. If it was a Bnet balance purchase it will be returned to Bnet Balance.

if they dont want to give you a refund, just let your bank or credit card company fight it, all you have to do is dispute it. whatever you payed with its on them to fight fraudulent charges, not you.
