Let people complain. You should be more upset yourself. They aren’t doing complicated work. This game can run on a toaster and 20 year old problems are not acceptable.
When did we start being okay with faulty products just because they are games. I would complain if I wen to a restaruant, and my Steak was cold too; further, the manager would also pay for it.
but instead we get blame shifted into thinking we are impatient for expecting a smooth launch? How bout they just do their jobs?
Next time a plane crashes from faulty wiring, lets just say: “its always like this, don’t expect it to work on launch day”.

- Don’t expect your mobile to work.

Are you not able to take a small step back and understand that things happen beyond the control of people sometimes, especially on launch days of online games when there are literally hundreds of things that all need to be working just right for a perfect experience?
You and others here whining have been MINORLY inconvenienced by the game being down for less than an hour and you’d swear it was the literal apocalypse with your plane crashing analogy.
Of course I can take a step back and understand; have you also not been doing that for over 20 years?
But, since when is poor service not allowed to be complained about. Because we are on a forum suddenly complaints are irrational and people are freaking out? Apologists divide the community over legitimate complaints. If you receive poor service do you not usually comment on it? Would you not want the company to know their service is bad?
You seem awfully hooked upon my analogy; literally, think of any other you like and the result is the same. Poor service brings complaints. Are we going to sit around and wait to play…of course…doesn’t mean its acceptable. The community lemming approach makes it acceptable.

i feel bad for the players who took vacation time from work in order to play this.
me personally dont have a problem with problems on launch day… this happens. BUT… that being said, it seems like that blizzard have these problems with every launch… AND… i have a bigger problem with it in thhis game, since its full AAA game price, but its not a new game. just upgraded graphics… then it bugs me that here are so many…well… bugs…
But as with every lauch delay/problems. gonna sit back. drink some coffee and watch some Call me kevin.

This is great. It’s like you’ve never played an online multiplayer game at launch before. You’re just gonna by it again when it’s stable in a few days.

I don’t. People should no better. This is a common occurrence with online multiplayer games yet people act surprised every time.

You can’t believe that people feel entitled to play a game they paid full price for on its official launch day?
If this was an open beta, and we had not purchased a second copy of a 21 year old game in order to be denied the ability to play it would be a different story. Obviously they were not ready for launch, should have held a much larger beta.

Pretty sure a lot of people will not “buy this game again”.
Was looking forward to D2R. With this desaster of a start (yet again) most people will rather go play New World.
Would love a refund as well actually.
