How old are you?

FYI

If one ignores someone else on the forum, their posts are marked by “View hidden reply” irrespective of who they replied to. That ignored individual can still reply to you or others and that post is seen by everyone else.

I am pretty sure it was black and white. That was a long time ago.

Lol. I’d love to see that poll. No, this is misrepresenting what people have been saying in the user made polls. 70% of people have not said they need those things to enjoy the game, get out of here with that nonsense.

Judging by the posts quality around here, most is around 10 -12 years old.

I am 26 right now, will be 27 upon release. I don’t do this to be that guy, It’s just happens to be coincidence. I Promise I won’t make a thread celebrating my B day and DII R’s release.

Ouch. That stings.

I hope you live past 55 but anyway im lvl 39 irl.

In case i forget or dont see you, have a happy birthday!

oh i didn’t know this was a competition

and I bet that you and all those who wish for more changes KNOW DEEP IN THEIR HEART that it is WRONG.

Players have been asking for changes to D2/D2:LoD for two decades. Even David Brevik, the original game director of D2/D2:LoD, has said repeatedly that he would change 3 things in D2/D2:LoD if he could go back in time.

i dont care. to do NOTHING has lead the the greatest arpg of all time.
and now you want to make it worse.
old man

and mr Brevik wants to adapt with the statement also only to “this” time. Only that in “this time” only S.HIT games come out and nothing can keep up with D2.
But you do not understand that.
anyway. i dont want a diskussion with you. u just dont stop talking and this is very annoying.

I’m 31

Minimum characters.

My first computer was the Commodore 64, ya, feeling a bit old here. But D2 is one of those very few games that you can jump into and still be drawn to it…. Even 20 years later. Pretty sure D2R will last quite some time

I hope there’re decent modding tools, so that more people can change little niche things that they like. There are thousands of differing opinions on all sorts of changes, mods really are the answer to most of these.

Now that TCP/IP is not going to release, I think it stands to reason that Blizzard works hard to implement mod making tools that are pretty streamlined and hopefully people could play those mods over bnet together.

There could even be a mod that has ONLY personal loot added, but nothing else changed from the original. This would be great too, because no one could be angry @Blizzard for implementing personal loot. They could even “sponsor” the game mode after it became popular, and ensure it was easily accessible, like they do for some custom SC2 maps/user made content.

This would be a great way for personal loot advocates to play together, whilst also giving so called “purists” no reason to be upset about it. Maybe?

I’d ask how this thread went from asking about age to discussing the usual stuff this forum is talking about… But I’m pretty sure I don’t need to ask how it did lol.

Also I’m 32. :>

I am 33 years old kind sir.

Well Muyu, you know that the ploots are going to ploot.

Will be 46 in October. Played Diablo on release day as well as D2. I still play Diablo 2 today. Been a gamer since I unwrapped my crisp brand new Colecovision that I got from Santa when I was 6.

old enough to have owned a walkman

What’s a walkman? Are those the brick like phones that were shaped like walkie talkies?

I must have been 15 when I bought a copy of Lord of Destruction in the summer of 2001. It came in a giant black and red cardboard box, and had a beige(?) book in it with information(?) about something(?), can’t remember. Lost it all a long- long time ago.

I played it on somebody’s office laptop at home, and at a computer café. Not much later, I got my own PC and played 1.09d non-stop for a year on DSL, then off for a while, then back on again on ISDN, then off for a while, then on wireless internet. Wireless internet was dreadfully unstable back then, in so much that even the trees by the array caused massive spikes and package losses. I moved a lot, and not everywhere in Norway had DSL available, hence that solution to DSL.

somthing you listen to music on wayyyy back.

Oh man, walkmans, I remember them, with the cassette tape too.
