What can I do to get my gear back?

Hi there.
Sorry for your loss. Yeah… I had basically the same thing happen to me. Lost all of it due to some issue on their side.
Now for the hard part… You won’t get any of it back.

So as many of you know, you can suddenly and without any kind of warning lose either all your items, your characters, or random stuff. I myself lost all of my equipped items and thus set me off on this adventure. We can’t get a refund of the game because we’ve already played it. (Though I won’t be playing it for now.) Though basically they won’t restore any deleted items or characters. I stopped playing because of this crap…

I am sorry for your loss as well. D2 is an awesome game with very few things I would change. I feel like quitting now as well. I can rebuild my character, but she had some rare items that made her awesome. Now I lost what was driving me to play her. And the way Blizz responds is just sad. They can’t do anything. So why take my chances. Time to give up my D2&Wow time and hit up New World. I was mad at first, but I am an adult I get it, so now I just lost interest.
