So I bought the game today on PS5 and was using the controller, I was at the menus and I dropped my controller now my Character is gone… Any way to recover???
Unfortunately, no. They cannot restore any characters.
Thank You, hopefully they come out with a fix asap for this! Way to easy to delete character via Ps5 when you get invited to join a game…

The old game developers already fixed this issue, but the new team who copy/pasted the UI from WoW didn’t pay attention to that detail.
