Sorry to hear about your loss.
Many of us have lost some or all of our items/characters… Not through fault of our own but rather cause of Blizzard’s bugs/issues with the game.
I myself lost all my stuff and contacted blizzard in the hopes they would take responsibility since it was a bug that caused it all to vanish.
They won’t.
I asked for a refund… cause why play a game where you can just lose stuff at random…
They won’t.
So right now… you can play knowing you can lose some or all at any moment.
Or wait till it’s fixed… that’s what I’m doing.
