Game crashed and I lost most of my items

I have a level 85 smiter that I was running ubers on for the first time. Upon my 2nd death, the game crashed and upon logging back in and retrieving my corpse, only my helm and belt remained.

My sword, shield, armor, amulet, both rings, boots and gloves are gone and no where to be found.

PLEASE FIX THIS GAME and restore my items.

Your items cannot be restored unfortunately. You learned the hard way like many of us had in the past.

Sorry to hear about your loss.
Many of us have lost some or all of our items/characters… Not through fault of our own but rather cause of Blizzard’s bugs/issues with the game.

I myself lost all my stuff and contacted blizzard in the hopes they would take responsibility since it was a bug that caused it all to vanish.

They won’t.

So as many of you know, you can suddenly and without any kind of warning lose either all your items, your characters, or random stuff. I myself lost all of my equipped items and thus set me off on this adventure. We can’t get a refund of the game because we’ve already played it. (Though I won’t be playing it for now.) I asked for a refund… cause why play a game where you can just lose stuff at random…
They won’t.

So right now… you can play knowing you can lose some or all at any moment.

Or wait till it’s fixed… that’s what I’m doing.
