Fix the crashes already

So over the random crashes, 10-20x a day. This very thing was present in the beta, Why has it not been addressed and fixed?

Don’t use profanity in the forum, even if you mask it.

Since this forum is only for troubleshooting, make sure you provide data that can be used for doing so, in the form of a DxDiag.

Only 10-20 crashes? that’s some low #s compared to me

I’m crashing non-stop. Horrible.

Where does it say you can’t mask so called profanity?

Yah unfortunately your still on your high horse because it doesn’t say he can’t use symbols, it’s not bypassing any mature censoring as it doesn’t make a complete word. Gross

No response? Thought so, by-passing would be putting $ then spelling out hit behind it, no wonder Blizzard has gone down a sewage pipe with people like you.

@Gulgir
Why are you posting here then? The first thing that she typed was about some word that was literally censored instead of addressing the real problem. Who cares if someone censors a word with asterisk it’s not against CoC, it’s not by-passing any mature filter, my point is she cared more about a silly asterisked word than resolving anything. Asking the guy for his DxDiag isn’t going to resolve an issue thousands of players are having, it’s insulting.

There are people here trying to help the best they can and all you do is making their life harder for no apparent reason. If you don’t want any help then there is no reason to post here in the first place.

It is against the CoC; that’s why the post was edited to remove it, and then so was yours.

That’s rude and doesn’t encourage anyone to help you. Also, you’re confusing me with employees. I’m not paid to ignore abuse from people when they’re frustrated with a tech problem. I like troubleshooting, but I can’t do it without the info I requested.

Yes, it is and yes it does. Using symbols or misspelling a word to suggest an inappropriate word is circumventing the filter. We understand the frustration folks may experience when they encounter these kinds of issues so we try to edit when we can, but Nicole’s advice to avoid using it is good.

First, Nicole is an MVP. She is not an employee, but someone who dedicates her personal time to try to help out on the forums where she can. In either case, it isn’t okay to be so aggressive towards anyone here.

Not all crashes are the same, some may be part of an overall issue that is impacting a lot of people and that needs to be resolved on our side but it could not be. Troubleshooting, asking for relevant information such as a DxDiag, is how best to determine which it may be.

hAZE, though I do understand your frustration, it is best to provide what specifics you can so we can best determine what the issue may be. As this thread has become Kohus’s narrative and not yours, I’d ask that you create a new thread if you still need help.
