I found how to unlocked those char !! I change my installation language for french … Open the game … open my char and worked… i went back in blizzard app to switch it back to english and i can use my characters since ! Try it !

Unlocked for me. I’m playing.
Next to play there’s a gear, Go to modify install, Unselect english and select any other language. The game will ‘‘upadate’’ go into characters and you should be able to play with. You can then update your game back to english. I just did it and worked for me and my brother.
