Just patched. On version 1.0.65956. Still failing with ‘failed to enter game this character is already in a game on the server’. Subsequent attempts fail with message ‘As issue occurred while communicating with the game servers.’

I was locked for ~8 hours and I was just able to get back in.

So I can confirm that it was fixed for me but obviously it seems to be case by case.

This happened to me after looting baal, trying to identify, failiing to be able to identify, then using cain, but it froze telling me it was a pending transaction, then I logged out and now I’m permanently stuck.
