as of 3 days ago, i was not able to log into battlenet to play online on diablo 2 Resurected.

Not sure if this is a similar issue, but ever since the 1st of December I have been unable to log in to the game, at all.
I am given a message telling me “You have not logged into this account in over 30 days, please make sure you are online before trying to log in…”
Correct me if I’m wrong, but do we not have to be online to even access the game from Blizzard in the first place?
Why has my bnet account suddenly become ‘inactive’?
Also, kind of new here, haven’t logged into bnet in many years… this forum is a bit confusing and I cannot find a way to start a new thread regarding my issue, so apologies if it seems like I’m ‘hijacking’ this one. I wanted to voice my concern and see if perhaps I’m alone in this.

I am also having a problem with D2R online account. I received the following message “Authentication Failed. Try Again.” I then go into offline mode. I successfully logged and was playing yesterday.
