Just left to get some lunch, came back and my 21 maras, arachnid mesh, heart of the oak, and shako with socketed topaz all disppeared.
I organically found 2 of these items and traded for the other two… what the heck!?

I did trade for the HOTO and was wondering if it was a duped item or something at first but my shako and maras I found myself and they’re both gone too.
my hoto it’s self craft, i play 3 week with it… and it’s dissapeared just now
So messed up. I just screenshotted my char so maybe blizzard will make it right if it happens again but I’m doubtful I’ll be made whole on the hours and hours of gameplay it took me to find these
yes … I will create a new hoto … but why play online if it is to lose random items

Yeah… This has been going around a bit lately.

They won’t restore any item or take any responsibility for all this anguish it’s caused to the playerbase.
I myself am choosing to not play until it’s fixed… not fun to lose your hard earned items… and in some cases characters… With no way to get it back.
