End-game is EZ trash

Start from scratch and play SSF, then report back if the game was too easy.

Start from scratch and play SSF, then report back if the game was too easy.

Already did. I started with nothing (how does a new player start with anything but nothing?) and played the entire time in P1 single session, minus about 5 hours spent trying to farm in tpbaal games to no avail.

You’ve had pretty epic luck then, if you found all that endgame gear by yourself in just 3 months.

@SolidSnek-2640

An element of luck, sure.

I put in the time and the effort to learn the game, every mechanic in the game, every item, every runeword, every skill, how they all interact, every map layout, and the best/worst way to do any and everything (having to do with PvE).

You sit down and study diablo 2 for 150 hours, don’t even play it, just study it, then come back and tell me its end-game is hard.

Your turn.

I didn’t say the game was particularly hard, it just requires patience to stop and grind areas you can clear fast. Trying to progress with suboptimal gear makes the game a lot more difficult.

@SolidSnek-2640

Of course purposely gimping yourself makes it more difficult, purposely gimping yourself would make anything more difficult.

umm,do you not have a job or are you just rich af? Who has time to play the game for 15 hours a day 80 days straight.Im lucky if I have an hour and a half a day to play

@Voodoo

I have a good career, one that allows me to work only about half the year.

Work smart, not hard as they say. If you are going to do something, do it right.

You can get geared to the max easily in hardcore mode, the fun part is that there’s always this one pk or ultra mob who’ll try to take you out.

Reflexes come in part here, quit the game or die. If you complaint about the game being to easy you either got boosted or bought gear with non-ingame currency. After 2 months of ladder and not playing 24/7, I’ve gathered some quite sufficient gear ladder mode, solo playing multiplayer.

Eth titans, Andy’s, mara’s, 168ed spirit monarch, hotspurs, 10-10 torch, 20-17 anni, soj, raven, tg’s, selfmade fortitude in a perf non sup ap, +3 java gloves.

I pretty much own everything else but I have not yet bought 2 bers or an infinity. I found a Lo and an Ohm so far. I’m a self made man with poor luck.

8 player mode with a Reaper/Insight on merc is quite a challenge. I use Naj’ for teleporting on weapon swap. My suggestion if you get bored, stop buying items and stop getting boosted.

Pretty much all the time and effore was put in for you and all the shops lift you. You are the disease that haunts a beautifull game.

Start pvp or hardcore mode and you’ll regret shoplifting D2:R.

@Santoros-21665

Thank you for your valuable insight.

You are correct in your assumption. Of course, my items were bought with real world money. It is absolutely NOT possible to acquire them in 1,050 hours of playtime having a full understanding of the game, its mechanics, and how to mix/max it.

How many hours would you estimate are needed to acquire enigma + infinity + fortitude + griffons? 1500? 2000? 2500?

Estimated without multiboxing, 1k+ hours. D2JSP and other game valuta excluded.

@noobtoros-21665

And I’ve played 1050 hours, which is over 1K…

Are you seeing a problem with your logic?

On 25 july. 1050 hours played since that time intervale seems illogical.
There’s literally 744 hours in 31 days.

I have 778 hours played D2:R since the launch and beta. I play alot but I don’t bot or buy items for non-ingame valuta. I have found 2x Jah, multiple Arach belts, 1 shako yesterday, lots of pul/um/mal/ist from countess and 2 gul from hellforge.

If you say you played 1050 hours in 25 days since summer break, we’ll need the secret to your DBZ time training chambre.

I played 1050 hours in 80 days. You should work on your reading comprehension.

Oh really?

80 days = 1,920 hours
Sleep 8 hrs @ 80 days = 640 hrs.
Work 8 hrs/5 days @ 80 days = 456 hrs.
1,920 - 640 = 1,280 - 456 = 824 hr remaining, not 1,050.
This also does not account for eating, bathroom, getting up, shower, etc.

Which means:

  • You don’t have a job and no-life’d the game, or
  • You lied.

So it looks like you either play all day, every day AND have no job, or you lied. Both are not impressive or the game’s fault. Want a challenge? Go PVP against people. Don’t whine on the forums about your privileged life making a game EZ trash.

I mean, it’s kind of on you. All that research prior playing and you didn’t discover how “end game” is with full gear. If the game isn’t for you, then so be it, time to move on to genres you really like. No need to poo poo on it.

Oh the game is for me, thats why I put over one thousand hours in it.

People generally don’t play games that ‘aren’t for them’ for 1,000+ hours.
