Are you kidding me? You don’t even need to find high runes. Just grind for anything that drops and you will get rich. I usually deck out my char completely within 2-3 weeks (no jsp, mostly in-game trades or traderie). It is impossible to play this game a few weeks straight without hitting the jackpot at some kind of item type.
I can tell you out of experience that the odds to find items that are worth multiple high runes are in your favor. It works all the time, all you need to know is how to check prices, then you are ready to go. Cuz almost anything can roll well in this game and therefore have great value.
