Accidentally deleted my lvl 60 Sorceress. Was very tired after a grinding out some levels and was just trying to brainlessly exit the game quickly. Clicked the Red X and hit Yes without Reading as that just felt like the way to get out of the game in the moment. Is there really nothing that can be done by Blizzard to get characters back, or even make sure it is not this easy in the future!?
Yeah, I just lost a geared up level 83 sorc by doing this. I was playing with a controller and somehow pressed down instead of left while trying to exit and ended up deleting the character. Time to refund. It needs to be way harder to delete your characters!

Feel for you both on this one. Hope an update can fix the far too easy accidental deletion of chars… Imagine if we’d done this after a year of grinding. Or don’t, it’s not worth it…!
