Now I am actually an old player. I played through 1.08 , the changes 1.09 made with alot of items etc. Personally I do not think immunities should be the way to make the game difficult because it effectively locks some builds out of many areas . They should make it challenging with tweaking , monster power or even new end game options. But all relevant builds should be able to beat the game resonable well.

This is correct. Immunities are terrible game design. Blizzard has admitted as much. That’s why D3 and D4 don’t / won’t have them.
I actually like terror zones, but it is a pretty diablo 3 type of idea. It’s not a change I’d see blizz north doing
Yeah, the sunder charms need complete rework
I used to be against Sunders.
But I am pragmatic. If they go through I shall abuse them as much as possible to get as large of an advantage as I can. I am excite
