…additionnal benefit to copies shield jewels if using armor and helm…although…high quality jewels are extremely hard to come by(example: 20% enhanced dmg 4 str 6 dex 20 poison over 2 sec…or 8 min 9 max 20% enhanced dmg)…basicly it help out with low level duelers gear for the expensive jewels…while it slightly ease up basic lld gearing such as basic not too rare jewels(20% enhanced dmg(single mod)…or like 9//15 max dmg mods(single mod))…and balance out builds like kicker with greater defense since they can’t compete vs the likes of zealers//Jab zon super heavy damages
for players not collecting powerfull jewels with their main…it just tune nicely for new players seeking cheap runewords…the jewel effect only benefit more advanced players

Deadman…thats inferior to spirit and cost more than an enigma XD…chance to ever be made never
even if it had a +2 all skill its barely on spirit lvl…8% dmr is nice…but the extra fhr on spirit is more handy to get out from being lockdown
…here the deal…bump it up to +2 skills…give it 50% fhr…make it 75% MF…then you can consider it an enigma equivalent for shields…the howl useless and a slight bit annoying but wtv

Sure, tweak the MF or FHR, add an extra + skill. But freeing up the armor slot would allow more freedom in your paired choices. Though, the only real other option would be CoH for extra resist. Need some more good armor runewords

I see it as a more caster-friendly device to place on a teleport item. Maybe not for melee, or hammers, but if you teleport into a group, get hit, and it triggers the howl, it gives you a moment to either choose to keep teleporting, or to start casting while enemies are running away
Would love to see blessed hammer as an attack stat. Unsure if it would be affected by the concentration aura, but it gives melee a lot more AoE capability when fighting in a large group

My thought with including concentration aura is that it would affect the hammers damage as well. Along those lines, dim vision and hurricane (cold dmg) was included to hinder enemy movement, allowing the hammers better chances to hit, with all three of those skills fitting the concept of being within a vortex ( tourbillion )

Creation idea: Why would people use Ko on Melody when Harmony is better? It is my balance idea for Melody. This runeword should do less damage per hit, but faster attack speed and higher attack rating.

-22% To Enemy Cold Resistance (buffing frozen arrow build damage but not as much as Ice)

This is a well balanced, end game, high end rune word that any character can use to supplement their uber runs. The high cost of the rune word justifies its exhorbitant effects and will effectively revolutionize uber runs.
OK, some problem on this runeword.
1st of all, you only have space for 7 affixes in the rune.txt. You have 10 affixes. Bar rune only provides 20%, and that means the additional 30% is from an affix. This runeword is too imaginative to exist.
2nd, Ignore Targets Defense does not work on Ubers or any boss. So Jah rune is useless in this case. You want to have an affix of -200% Target Defense. -% Target Defense from items is only 50% effective on bosses. So -200% Target Defense is -100% Target Defense for ubers.
3rd, I think you mean Damage Reduced by x% instead of Damage Reduced by 10

Runewords are limited to at most 7 affixes + properties from the runes. You have way too many affixes for this runeword to be custom-made.
Where are Ber Um’s properties? 49% chance of open wounds based on character level is not a 25% Chance of Open Wounds.
It needs to be 2 separate lines like this:
25% Chance of Open Wounds
+(0.25 Per Character Level) 0-24% chance of open wounds (based on character level)
note chance of open wounds (based on character level) works on base #/8 per level. It is the same for crushing blow based on character level.
