How do I get a refund for this game? All of my characters were deleted? I don’t see a reason to start over again.

It seems to be a problem right now as several people including myself are having this issue.

This is why character info should be stored on your local machine instead of a dogsh*t blizzard server.
huh lol no… If they were saved on your local machine as you say … you could hack them so easily… even if crypted.
Yeah… Sorry to say but they won’t give out refunds if you’ve played the game for any amount of time. Even when ALL that time is wasted for nothing… except to bring you misery and pain.
I lost all my stuff and asked for it back from blizz… this is what they told me.
I also asked for a refund… to which they said nupe cause I’ve played the game… I wouldn’t have played if I would have thought for a second that all my data could be deleted by them for no reason at all… and can’t be restored…
