I logged in today and was greeted with all of my characters missing. My 65 assassin is the most important missing one…
So, like when you launched I tried creating a new character and saving and exiting to see if they would show up again. Nope… Now all I have in my account is a level 1 sorceress…
I also checked my stash tabs on her, nothing in any of the tabs. Its like my entire account was deleted…

On a side note too. Just closed the game and re-opened it and now the sorc is gone too…
Well… Should this not just be part of the server update and the server gets rolled back… then you are in the same boat as many others. I lost all my gear due to a bug and after some back and forths with blizzard this is what they told me.

hey i have same isue, where should i report to? all my chracter missing
had the same issues, was playing mostly on Asia Server… found all my characters on Americas Server… now i cant even create a character on Asia server too. some thing must have broke with the patch.
Same issue, I dont want to play ladder but now all online characters are missing. They delayed ladder after 2.4 patch to prevent issue but it still happens, what’s the point then
Found out that Asia server is too busy, now I need to change to US to play, with 5 times higher latency, pretty disappointed
