I just logged on and i don’t have any characters… I played this morning and logged off before work. Now when im home i don’t have any char left…
Lost my lvl 11 Barb.
I exited the game a few times and it was there, until it wasn’t after the last exit.
I’ve re-started the game and the battlenet client, but no help…
Just bought game, get quick rush and hit lvl 15. Trying to enter lobby Trist-12 and diablo crashed. After log in again character didnt exist. (checked online/offline). Sorceress “Kfas”
My characters are gone. A few hours of playing are lost.
It is so frustrating. Where can I make refund?

Same here, both my online and offline characters are gone after I pressed “save and exit game”.

My whole char list got wiped after connection issues
in the same situation servers shouldn’t be running like this on day 2 tbh
same. completed act 4 on a character a few hours ago. just tried to log in again and the character is gone.

Killed Countess with my Druid, then after save and exit to do some more Countess runs, the character was gone! And all the progress I put into it!
i have the same problem, im playing with a sorc close to lvl 20 and when i changed the lenguage of the game from spanish to english my characters disappear from my account, help pls
