Given that apparently we’re all losing our characters seemingly at a whim, I’d like to make a little support group for all those affected by the character loss/server issues. Anyone that would like to share their story is welcome. Hopefully we can at least support each other, since Blizzard seems to be completely unresponsive.

I have lost a sorc level 68 Magic-lover on EU realm approx 7 days ago. Never returned. I at least got the shared stash, but had all my runes and gems in the main stash. Have not seen that char since. I created two new ones 3 days after. They have remained for now :S

That is seriously rough, I’m sorry that happened to you. I’m still just dealing with the immediate trauma of losing a character a few hours ago, and I at least still have some modicum of hope that they will return. I can’t even imagine dealing with losing a character for 7 whole days. Especially given the loss of stash items!
Yeah… I lost all of my stuff and after that… I just couldn’t enjoy the game anymore. Hard to enjoy a game where it punishes you for playing and the support won’t restore any characters/items… Even if it’s their fault.
Here is what blizzard officially told me.
i have made a online paladin character in diablo 2 ressurrected and played with him til lvl 23 - now he is gone - i cant find him again. I tried logging in and out. i have linked my account to both a xbox and PC. I played with my paladin on Xbox
