With any luck this is just the server update. Though if you still don’t your char after the update… then here is what blizzard told me about missing chars/items.
Tell you one thing ill uninstall and never play a f$#ing blizzard game again if my character is gone, just more bs from blizzard who cant ever seem to get it right STILLL!

what the Fk, they cant reroll like they cuold on regurlar d2
some ppl spend alot of $ on their chars and they get deleted randomly
