because ive been offline for 30 days or more it wont let me go to the online section and play 
Did you try running the Battle.net app while the computer was connected to the internet?
hardwired so yeah and i did their fix and it still didnt work but i can play on my switch and xbox

If you have a speedy connection, you could always try reinstalling?
right now its uninstalled but for whatever reason its saying updating and i dont have its ptr installed
Try uninstalling/reinstalling the Battle.net app.

well installing now and again idk if it may or may not have made an effect on the game but i used the beta version of battle net before soo idk if that made a big difference and i mean d2r now
Itâs quite possible something with the beta Battle.net may be causing an issue. After all, itâs beta.
The finish line will be if you can load the game and play online.
If it works, itâd probably be good to link this thread as a post in the support thread that @Zuvykree posted in.

True⌠But if it is some sort of authentication error, it could possibly be due to some sort of bug in the beta version of the Battle.net app.
Beta testing requires good computer technical skills needed to troubleshoot and identify possible issues, and also reporting feedback to the developers to track down and correct the problem.
If you just want to play and donât want to deal with any potential app related bugs that can sometimes slip through the cracks during the development process, stick with the official release.
This applies to any program that offers beta versions of their software.

yeah thats very true tho my dumb grandparents have this security system that runs on wifi or hardwired so idk that may be taking up all the bandwidth from my computer

no luck it just says failed to authenticate so idk even with the reinstall

Choose the âContact Usâ option. I think youâll need a game masters eyes on the problem. Throw in a link to this thread as well so they know what steps youâve taken so far.

You are most likely trying to join online with account where you do not have diablo 2 resurrected licence bought.

i bought my game like as soon as pre orders became possible and it was working for quite awhile but i stopped using my pc then it said something about 30 days so it went all down hill from there (and yeah @Zax) it doesnât show the ptr on the side tho
