Ya this is ridiculous. Not playing until this is fixed. Don’t feel like relearning all my skills muscle memory cause someone at blizzard broke something so simple and vital to how so many people play.
Im not sure what problem its causeing you guys, but i remember back in the day, on one of my laptops, i ALWAYS had to have a skill set to F1 and to F12, in order for the mouse scroll to work, even if you only have 3 or four skills bound to F keys, having F1 and F12 will allow scrolling, my current game is set up this way as this is how ive always done it, and the patch did not effect my game or bindings, hope this helps
I have had MWup/down for specific skills/spells since forever, can I have it back please?

I dont understand, i can scroll through my skill on the mousewheel , same as ever. What’s changed?
Prior to the patch, mouse wheel up/down could be assigned as a hotkey for a specific skill, not just to scroll through skills.
Funny I actually tried this. Auto hotkey remapped keys. It works one time then bugs out.
So, you just want 2 skills on the mouse wheel? Up and down? Seems odd, but to each their own, ya they could bring that back i guess. I dont see how thats an advantage in any way, to limit skills on mousewheel to just 2.
Tell Blizzard you have my blessing to go ahead and bring that back.
In D2:LoD you could bind SINGLE Skills to Mouse Wheel Up and Mouse Wheel Down:
I’m guessing you could do this in D2:R too, before the latest Patch.
But now, you CANNOT bind SINGLE Skills to the Mouse Wheel (Up or Down) in D2:R:
Even though this does not affect me, I believe it should be fixed.

Please resolve this issue or make a public statement of when you will the game has been unplayable for a lot of us going on 5+ days now.
Other struggling people, PLEASE FIX THIS ADDED PROBLEM. These are all different threads of people needing this fix not knowing when one will be made.

i`am pissed too, in my holyday comes a patch, and i was hyped, but when i go ingame and my controls dont work, i´m pissed, and when i see what other ppl other problems have, i think he need to downpatch.
a story of my old Times, i rush ppl for free, and on soso i have mousewheel up on teleport, and down, on a other skill, it works faster, and i dont need my left hand to much, only skills over time and for boss Statik, and this ppl was i rushed thinks i was a Bot… hey, No Body Noob know about to use the Mousewheel for only up or down for 1 Skill, Only idiots surroundet me!
