Hi Blizzard dev team. I just wanted to give you my feedback. I really enjoyed the “quick cast skills” feature, however the fact that I cannot use my RMB to autocast my muscle memory engrained favorite skills such as Teleport on my pally is a deal breaker for me. I have to turn it off to be able to use a skill like teleport on my mouse button.
I only want to use quick cast for skills such as frozen armor/thunderstorm/bo/bc etc But this is currently not possible because we are not allowed to assign teleport to RMB with Quick cast. Paladins Auras will supersede any static skill.

Um what? Why cant you use teleport on ur mouse button while using quickcast? I use all of my skills on my mouse buttons and use quickcast… Im lost.
I’m quickly becoming a fan. It takes a bit of adjustment, but it doesn’t take long to get used to the much quicker casting ability - dealing more damage faster.
Some might call it “power creep” and I can see their point. But, I suspect that for every person who hates quick cast, there will be 100 more who love it.
It’s just so much easier to serve up a spam buffet now…

binding skills directly to scroll up and down no longer works only middle click
if you try to bind now you get “cannot assign to mousewheel”
They broke a long standing functionality with this patch that will get my hardcore players killed and makes this damn near unplayable for me.

I love the idea. It’s just woefully implemented and it didn’t have to be. It’s essentially broken in several builds. I can’t even cast enchant on a target unless it’s selected. It stops paladins moving when switching auras and several other breaking bugs. If they can fix those it will be a welcome change.
I want my MWD hotkey back !!!

Yes the mouse wheel is a deal breaker. I’m shocked. Not good. Very bad.

Either give teleport the same status as Auras with Paladins or allow us to quick cast from RMB (preffered).
There must be some extra work for them (money) to implement quickast features without taking something away. Quickast is cool, but taking away mouse wheel up and down as binding options, whilst I cant even use your quickast feature with them either NOR mouse button right? definately not worth it, an aweful trade, i cant even go back and swithc off quickast because…mouse wheel and up as bindings are gone…this is game breaking, legacy game breaking. please make the proper adjustments to either:
- switch off quick casting, MWUp and down work normally.
- allow mwup/down and right mouse click to be binded as quick cast skills
